Sustainability and Organizational Performance in South Korea: The Effect of Digital Leadership on Digital Culture and Employees’ Digital Capabilities

In the era of digital transformation, organizations are making efforts towards sustainability. particular, leadership is transforming into according to changes in management environments, which deeply related organizational performance. this study, we focus on performance and sustainability clarify role culture employees’ capabilities perspectives leadership. We collected data from 149 employees who work South Korean using a survey based leadership, culture, capabilities, performance, tested our hypotheses structural equation modeling.
